(Slot#AE):Learning objective less strong. Need more info about tool, especially format for administration. Need to clarify why tool is needed (what is unmet need). (Slot#BE):It would be helpful to have a sentence/statement about why it is important to measure this construct in the introduction to justify the study. It is unclear how you statistically evaluated the MDC. Was there an intervention provided or a reason that there would be change? This is unclear in the proposal. I think there is an important need for tools measuring these constructs, and it is important work. The references are a little old, but one is an essential reference for psychometric research. (Slot#P):No impact statement and very little significance of the study presented throughout the proposal.
